> Stackwall is an app blocker for people who bypass blockers. Stacky Coach helps you reframe the moment before TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other distracting apps.

Updated August 18, 2026.

## Slow the reflex before it opens

Stackwall blocks the apps you open without thinking. Stacky Coach helps you change the thought pulling you toward the feed. You can then earn a short pass when you choose.

## How it works

### 1. Block apps you open on autopilot

Use Screen Time to choose the apps and categories that pull you in.

### 2. Tap through a phrase

Each tap reveals the next phrase and adds time to your earned-time bank. You can require a text note or voice rep when you want more active friction.

### 3. Spend a short pass

Choose a temporary unlock. Your selected apps re-lock when the pass ends.

## Change the thought before the scroll

Stacky Coach helps you pause, reframe what is happening, and choose a next move before you decide whether to earn access. The flow is Pause, Reframe, Choose.

Stackwall is for the moment before the scroll. It catches the urge and gives you a concrete next move. Your settings changes wait 24 hours, so the rule you set while calm has time to protect you when the urge is loud.
