This Privacy Policy explains how YeahWow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Stackwall mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Stackwall, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. What Stackwall Is — and Is Not
Stackwall is a habit-training and self-improvement app. It is not a healthcare provider, therapist, or medical service and does not provide medical advice. All content is for personal development purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- •Practice content – sessions, habit and urge logs, and notes you create in the app
- •Support communications – messages you send to our support team
2.2 Subscription and Purchase Information
If you subscribe to Stackwall Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your subscription status. We do not collect or store payment card information.
2.3 Usage Data
We may automatically collect:
- •Device type, operating system, and app version
- •App activity and feature usage
- •Crash and diagnostic data
2.4 Optional Features
If you choose to use optional features, additional information may be collected:
- •Cloud sync – your practice content may be stored on our servers to sync across devices. No email or account credentials are required.
- •AI reframing – text you type to describe an urge or craving is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. This input is not retained by us after the response is returned.
- •Push notifications – if you enable reminders, we request notification permissions on your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- •Provide and operate the Service
- •Process and manage your subscription
- •Send reminders you have requested
- •Respond to support requests
- •Diagnose and fix bugs
- •Improve the Service
We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- •Service providers – trusted vendors who help us with cloud hosting, subscription management, paywall presentation, AI services, and crash reporting. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
- •Legal compliance – when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of YeahWow LLC, our users, or others.
- •Business transfers – if YeahWow LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any material change.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal requirements. Practice content stored locally on your device remains until you delete the app. Cloud data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Data transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. International Data Transfers
YeahWow LLC is based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete any associated data promptly.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to withdraw consent for optional features at any time.

10. SMS Communications
In some situations users may opt-in to some services using SMS, and provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages via Mobile/QR Code scan or web form checkbox.
By opting in, you agree to receive account notifications (e.g., updates), customer care alerts, and 2FA codes from our toll-free number.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe anytime.
Privacy: Phone numbers stored securely; used only for consented messaging. Retained 90 days post-opt-out (or per law). We don't sell phone numbers and only share them with service providers as needed to deliver SMS. Msg & data rates may apply.

11. Do-Not-Track
We do not currently alter our data practices in response to browser Do-Not-Track signals, as no uniform standard exists. We will update this policy if a standard is adopted.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
