Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and YeahWow LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Stackwall mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Stackwall Is — and Is Not
Stackwall is a self-improvement app designed to support habit change and self-talk training. It is not a healthcare provider, therapist, or medical service, and does not provide medical advice or clinical guidance. All content — including any AI-generated output — is for personal development purposes only. Results vary by individual.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for your use.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Free Tier
Core features of Stackwall are available at no cost.
4.2 Stackwall Pro
Additional features are available through Stackwall Pro, a paid subscription. Pricing, trial availability, and billing intervals are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
4.3 App Store Billing
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). YeahWow LLC does not directly process or store your payment information. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, are not responsible for the Service, and have no obligation to provide refunds or support related to the Service.
4.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4.5 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
4.6 Refunds
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds directly.
4.7 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. By submitting content, you grant YeahWow LLC a limited license to process and use it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and must not submit content that is unlawful or violates the rights of others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- •Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- •Impersonate any person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service — including design, software, and content created by us — are owned by YeahWow LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Stackwall name and logo are trademarks of YeahWow LLC.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers for features such as cloud storage, subscription management, paywall presentation, and AI-generated content. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEAHWOW LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@stackwall.app to attempt informal resolution.
Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and YeahWow LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
